Exchange and Return Policy

Due to the nature of digital gift cards, gift codes, and vouchers, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Once a gift card, gift code, or voucher has been delivered or activated, it cannot be exchanged or returned. Black Card is not responsible for incorrect orders placed by the client, including but not limited to wrong brand selection, denomination, or quantity.

In exceptional cases, and at Black Card’s sole discretion, an exchange or refund request may be reviewed, provided that the gift card, gift code, or voucher has not been used, redeemed, or exposed. Any approved exchange or refund may be subject to administrative or processing fees.
